We loved working with Michelle and team, they made the process of buying and selling as seamless as possible.
After meeting with Michelle we created a game plan of how to get ready to sell with staging advice and details on the perfect price. You can tell Michelle cares about her clients and gets excited to do what she does best.
Sylvia walked us through the showing process and was very helpful and was a friendly phone call or text away if we needed anything. She even offered to get medicine for my daughter when she was sick!
Once listed we had an open house scheduled for the same week and had our first offer a week later.
The offer presentation by Galo was detailed and helped make our decision process easier.
In the midst of selling we were also buying. Victoria was amazing and we had a blast working with her looking for homes.
We would definitely recommend the Michelle Pais team and Signature Realty!! I hope we don’t have to move for a long time but if we did, I know just who to call.

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle and her dream team!! They make the entire process as painless as possible and are always available to speak and go the extra mile for you. Everyone is so knowledgeable and eager to help. You can feel the elevated experience the minute you walk into her office and see the care she has taken in picking the best of the best to represent her. Silvia is absolutely amazing and so quick to offer help and guidance. She is such a gem and such a pleasure to deal with. Our experience with the Michelle Pais Group was an excellent one and we would highly recommend them for your sale / purchase. We put in an offer on a new home in February, and just when we were about to list our home, the state went into quarantine during the COVID-19 global pandemic. We ultimately decided to list our home and Michelle and her team walked us through the best practices for selling our home safely, which was of paramount importance. Michelle's advice and instinct in terms of listing and staging our home were invaluable. We were very fortunate in that our home was sold in one weekend. We appreciated their guidance through this process.
