The semi annual service was very thorough. However, I only received a report on one of our two units and i did not receive an estimate in writing for the work recommended on the downstairs unit. The verbal estimate was about 4 times what would be reasonable and about 25 times the cost of the parts. Labor for the recommended repairs would be about 1 hour. The parts will cost about $25 to $35 from Amazon. I would have paid Scottsdale Air to do the work if their charges were reasonable ($200), but fortunately i can do the work myself. The technician was great and deserves a 5 star rating. The 3 star rating is because of the predatory pricing.

Our previous Trane finally gave up after 25 years. We called Scottsdale Air, two days later the new system was installed. Angel and Laine our installation tech’s were fantastic. The worked efficiently and clean. Thanks guys!

We had another excellent Fall checkup for our Heat Pump this morning. The technician, Jesse, was the most thorough tech we've had. He showed us pictures of our unit along with detailed explanations of parts and functions. We really appreciated his service and I would like to have him do service for us every time....Excellent Tech!!!

In January 2021 Scottsdale Air installed a new air conditioning/heating unit & thermostat. At that time I also signed up for the bi-annual maintenance program. Of all the services performed over the years, this service was the best. Gianni performed this autumn tune-up and is the Tech I have now requested to service my unit regularly. He is very detail-minded, took pictures of 'the insides' of my units & described the condition of each then sent me the pictures & descriptions for my file. He read all the notes about my unit before he arrived so he knew to check that the outside air handler was still centered on its concrete pad. In the past it had migrated & therefore was no longer "on level ground"... Thank you, Gianni, for your patience, attention to detail and overall concern. I know now that going forward the maintenance of my ac/heating equipment is in 'the very best of hands'!!

I rarely write reviews like this, but my wife and I just had such a nice experience that I thought it was worth sharing it. Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling has maintained our dual air conditioning system for the past seven years, so when it was time for standard maintenance, we called, and they sent out a gentleman named Austin Flores to service our system. Happily, Austin determined that the system was functioning extremely well, but he nevertheless took the time to explain various elements of the system to us and how best we could care for the system going forward. Austin was both very knowledgeable and very kind, the type of person you always hope will show up at your door when something needs to be fixed. We were so impressed, which is why we write. Our highest recommendation!
