We are working with Ryno lawn care right now. We chose them for the price and the warranty and to work with a Company for reliability. Our issues. Currently are as follows- grass not put down to property line as discussed. The picture shows our property line to sprinkler and new grass line is about 2 feet away. And grass messed with in an area that was not supposed to be touched- pre existing grass removed/killed, and sod not properly placed. We discussed a 90 percent payment until the remaining job is complete to property line. Overall it was quite messy at the time they put it down. At the moment they charged us unauthorized for remaining amount. Would hesitate to hire them again at the moment but still hopeful they will resolve the issue with us we will update review hopefully when job is completed.

Landscape and lawn professionally done. Immediately hired Ryno Lawn Service. Our lawn has never looked this bad. Our concerns and complaints all but ignored. Had a crew of 3 or 4 come each time until we complained now we get 1 guy. Picture of his work as he was driving away after clean-up blowing the back patio area. Canceled service have given them more than enough time to get it right.

I had ordered Christmas lights and installation from this company in 2021. So far for the last 3 years the service has been satisfactory but this year horrible. I had scheduled them for installation on October 31st and they came and installed it. I didn’t get a chance to check it as I had to leave for out of town for a week. Came back on November 8th and noticed the lights not working. Called the company and was informed about the invoice due which I paid right away with my credit card. Then was informed someone would call me about the problem. Someone did call me and told me they would be there Monday to fix the problem. Today is Wednesday and no one has shown up yet. I called them again this morning and they said someone is going to get back with me. Is this how you run a business with zero customer service?

These guys pay little attention to detail. Why use them when there are a plethora of services to chose from? At minimum you should blow off walks and patios when you spread granules. The smallest details show whether you have pride in your work or not. These guys just want your money and will do bare minimum. Let's hold services to the highest standard. Everything wrong with society now. Just enough to get by.

I’d had sod laid in our yard a year prior by someone else and it didn’t do well at all. I had asked that guy about adding topsoil or prepping the soil and he said it wasn’t necessary - wrong! The difference with Ryno was dramatic. They tilled/prepped the soil extensively, and the quality of the sod was excellent. We were amazed at the outcome - the grass never turned brown and established quickly. We literally couldn’t be happier. The cost was nearly three times as much as the first time we did it, but the results were exceptional.
