I am so grateful for the phenomenal job Rodney and Brandon performed installing my water heater. I lost hot water yesterday and they came within a few hours of my call. Unfortunately my water heater needed to be replaced, but the price was fair and they were back by this morning to install it.

If you want pay $1400 for a $250 dollar service. This is the place to go.
Technician is either intensionally hiding fact from you or unprofessional enough to miss the easy to catch fact.
In brief,
the toilet was clogged and I called a roto-rooter technician. He came in an quoted for $400 dollar to use his snake to unclog and promised me he won't take any money if that don't work. I bargained to $282, he did the job briefly and called that the job is done.
After a couple of hours the toilet is clogged again. I called the technician, and he suggest something big might be in the main pipe, he can do the unclog service with $1000. I didn't go for him, first the price is way too hight. Second, I noticed something is not right in his statement.
End up finding someone from local, he snaked the drain and told me something is stuck in the U-bend (in the toilet seat). I paid the local plumber to take out the toilet and pull the object from the toilet. Easy fix.
I am not sure why the roto-rooter technician has missed this huge object in the toilet seat with his snake. Maybe he did notice that, but didn't tell me, because then he can come back again and charge $1000 to inspect the main pipe? Maybe he didn't notice that at all? What I am sure is that this is not the service I want to have in the future.

Franklin was great. I called for service for my business location. They came down within less than 1 hour and Plumbing in 3 bathrooms were all handled same day. Pricing was good as well for the work completed. Time and cost efficient.

Sai, Mike and Joelle were super helpful with the plumbing issue that we faced in our home. They quickly identified the water leakage source and worked late hours to fix our plumbing issue on same day. I am extremely happy with their service and support and would highly recommend them if you want to engage Roto Rooter team for any plumbing issues as they are the best in town for the same

THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANIES. AVOID!!!
We chose this company based on a good rating in Google as well as BBB accredited. However, this is not the case. I was misled by your company and disparity treatment based on the below:
1) Roto Rooter claims to be a BBB accredited company on the website. However, it is not.
2) I was being charged at a commercial rate without being notified. However, it is a residential building and I am an individual, not a company or LLC. I was being treated improperly and unfairly. Just to replace the valve, the overall charge is 1344.79. Similar job from other plumbing companies should be around 500-600 dollars.
3) Although being charged at a very high price, the work was not performed as expected. This is due to much larger parts being used without communication. By doing so, the sink cabinet space was occupied and the new structure does not appear to be steady and supported, more susceptible to break in the future.
4) The premium price being charged does not commensurate with the service provided.
5) When reaching out to the company, the company and technician are not cooperative and dismissive.
Having said, this company's google rating should be 0 star!
