I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my recent experience.
I was looking forward to speaking with an associate from your team, and from the very beginning of our interaction, I encountered hostility and dismissive behavior, which left me shocked. To start, the associate I had set up my meeting with arrived 10 minutes late, showing a lack of respect for our scheduled meeting, that I had taken time off of my work to have. Throughout our conversation, I felt judged and unsupported.
As someone who is new to this process, I had several valid questions that I believed were important for me to understand. However, this associate refused to address my inquiries and laughed at me for asking.
At one point, she hung up on me, stating that “this is no longer fun for me.” I was under the impression that entrusting my finances to your care was a serious matter, not a source of personal entertainment.
I have never felt so degraded and judged in a professional setting. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially after placing my trust and a significant amount of time and money in your hands. I then tried to speak with a Manager or “Boss” in regards to this matter but I was never called back. This experience has left me feeling as though I was set up to fail.
I hope you will take my concerns seriously and address the professionalism and communication standards within your team. Thank you.

I am not a client and reached out to them seeking to create a new CPA relationship. I spoke with Mariana for nearly an hour. She was very professional, personal and highly knowledgeable. I appreciated her temperament towards approaching my filing and confidence that she gave me. I'd highly recommend speaking with her and look forward to working with for my 2024 filing and beyond.

Hi, truly a pretty bad experience at Robert Hall. Very poor communication. It's consistently hard to reach people at the office, can take over a month to get a response on email. When I had an issue with my Tax Return (that RH filed), the response was to pay more money to RH to increase my business with them. I ultimately just paid the extra ~$6K that IRS said I owed because I couldn't reach my Tax Adviser after over a month of trying (voice, email), to see if I even should.
