Highly highly recommend! Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest about the services needed. He came out to do a 2nd opinion on a possible refrigerant leak that another big name AC business had recommended. Not only was it not needed but Carlos said that my AC unit was working excellent. Glad I called them based on the great Google reviews. I can now see why they’re so highly rated. Thanks so much for the great service.

Truly happy with the service and unit replacement provided by Carlos and his team. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Buying a new AC unit is rough as it’s a large purchase. Carlos was patient and kind and educated me on the unit that would best fit my home without trying overselling. Carlos was transparent through the whole process and not only matched a unit to my home but also a unit that didn’t break the bank. I would definitely recommend him for service calls and unit replacements.

My warranty set me up with this company to look at my AC, the company called me and told me my home was too tall for them to service and to tell my warranty they couldn’t do it so I did and my warranty company set me up with someone new, but for some reason Pro-tech still showed up and since they showed up before the new company, my warranty said to have them service it. But they of course didn’t have a ladder and said they would go get one and come back. They didn’t come back, they rescheduled my appointment for the next day without even calling me to ask if that was okay, and then after I spoke with the technician and confirmed he would be the same one to come back the next day (I had talked to him about whether he was okay with my dog who I had paid to put in daycare the day they “went to go get a ladder and come back” and he said that he was fine with the dog and that he’d make sure he was the one who came back the next day, since I can’t afford to pay to put my dog in daycare AGAIN after just essentially wasting the time and money to put him in daycare in the first place since they didn’t even do the service) just for them to randomly assign me a new person a couple hours before the new appt.
