Brian and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process of my apartment search. It took me over two years (which, to be fair included COVID period) to find the apartment for me and we went to 40+ viewings and Brian was really patient with me the entire time, never pressuring me or never asking me to compromise on what I wanted.
Even during the close process, he and his team made sure the entire process was very smooth - they were extremely easy to work with, very pleasant to deal with, and I can honestly say that next time I am looking to sell/buy another apartment, he will be the first person I will contact.

We started working with Brian and his team in 2017 while planning our wedding the next year. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home in the city. Despite having purchased many properties over the years outside of the city, navigating the NYC housing market was not the same. From ridiculous coop financing rules to inspection to building owners , Brian helped us navigate it with ease.
From our first conversation we knew Brian thought like we did when it came to putting in offers. He said we would evaluated what a coop/condo was worth and start the bidding from there. He knew my philosophy that you can always come up up in your offer. Unlike most realtors who get offended by “lowball” offers, Brian wasn’t. He respected our desire to not engage in bidding wars that inevitably inflate the price.
After showing us a lot properties in our price range, Brian located our current home. We offered what it was worth(below asking) and settled on a fair price. He and his team helped us navigate the crazy coop interview/and mortgage process.

We had used 5 separate high end real estate agents in pursuit of a large apt. It wasn’t easy to find a large apt, with River views, having all the Bells and Whistles. Brian was relentless. Even called us on Sunday’s and holidays. But he found it, we got it . Perfect. We’ve referred him to our friends. Did and doing the same for them..
