10/10 experience having them fix my broken AC on a hot summer day. Communicative, responsive, fast, professional. They already knew how to handle the home warranty stuff and were on top of it for me. Specific shout out to my technician John S. - he was so easy to work with and saved the day!

We have been using Moreharts for a few years now and they have always been spot on. The quality of their service is incredible. John has been our main tech and incredibly knowledgeable and his service is unmatched. Our AC went out last night called them at 8:30am up and running by 11:am on a Sunday morning. I highly recommend Moreharts and wish I could give them 10 stars.

Just got off the phone with morehart trying to handle an issue with a 1.5 year old installation. Imagine having your brand new AC fail. I was given a run around and told multiple different angles that did not make sense. Have been without working AC for weeks they dont order parts (even if they are under warranty) until half the invoice is paid. Original invoice was 2200 because of extra freon costs that are not covered. The labor quote including recovery and drier totaled Just over 850. After talking to their owner Josh they decided they could try and re-use the freon to save us on the freon costs. Awesome! Only issue is now somehow the labor has jumped from just over 850 to 1200 including the same things, why? Tom says because his original technician made a mistake on the invoice. Will they honor the original price? NO! Only if we pay for the extra 1250 in freon! Crazy! Backsteps on the phone saying that the owner Josh wants to be at 1220 for the job so thats where they are at. They will tell you stories, make up things, leave you without air conditioning for weeks on end. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WISH THE BUILDER USED SOMEONE ELSE, SAVE YOURSELF AND USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have a family member who is out of eye surgery with no AC because this company was used from the builder. Her AC failed just after a year conveniently when their "guarantee" expires. Have sat down with family and gone through everything thats happening and this company definitely is not handling it right. Do yourselves a favor and find a company that stands behind their word and work. AVOID MOREHART
