This is the best service experience, very professional and clean job. We called 5 providers in emergency situation in the morning at 7:00AM and Len is the one who responded quickly and not just that.. looking at the situation they gave the best price across all that show up after their coffee break. Couple of them just doubled their quotes thinking I have no options left in this situation. One company was more ahead suggesting they can file an insurance claim too for me lol. Thanks Adam for everything you did.

Communication with this company is incredible. I talked to a real person, who was nice and helpful. I was both given a window when our technician would arrive and given updates on the day to confirm. Our technician Sam was fantastic. Not only did Sam solve our issue within minutes, but he was respectful and kind. I'd recommend Len the Plumber, and specifically Sam to anyone.

My water heater finally came to the end of it lifespan and Len the Plumber was not only fast to answer my call with full information,Thank you David (DJ)! I was also able to have someone come and inspect everything super quick same day. Gavin was also very informative. Next day install & removal by Devon was informative, helpful, and he’s hysterical!! Felt like I knew him for years. All such personable people. Would 100% recommend to everyone! Thank you again!

The LTP office answered our call immediately and scheduled an appointment with us for the next day, which other services either wouldn't do or charged an overtime fee for. Our technician Gavin arrived right on time and was very professional and polite. He diagnosed the issues with our two toilets and provided pricing information for repairs up front, which we found agreeable. He worked quickly and had both toilets back in proper working order within a half an hour. We're definitely pleased with the turnaround, service and cost! For our specific problems, Len wound up being cheaper AND faster than other local options. Thanks so much!
