I needed to move my 94 year old mother closer to our family to best take care of her. She is still independent but needs some extra help. When my mother made the decision to sell her house and move closer, I started the search for a real estate agent to assist us. After much research, I decided to work with John. I could not speak more highly of him. He handled everything efficiently and professionally and we were in constant contact. John was super understanding of my mothers needs and always put her comfort above anything else, even if it meant his job would be a bit more difficult. He staged the house and made it look fantastic. I didn’t think that house would sell for months and months. We had multiple offers the first day it was listed. Some much higher than asking. I literally asked John if these people were in the house looking before they made an offer. Lol! When reviewing offers, there were some that worked out better for my mother, and some that would have benefited John more. When John and I were reviewing, I knew which offer I was going to accept, but had John go through the pros and cons of each offer. John was straight forward and honest and recommended the offer most beneficial to my mother, not the one that would have been more financially lucrative to him. John is World Class! I could not recommend him enough and will be sure to work with him again for any future needs.

There are not enough words I can think of to express our gratitude for the outstanding job that John did on helping us with the purchase of our forever home. From day one John was always very helpful, transparent and professional. His background knowledge and experience as a former contractor is such a valuable asset he has and puts in service of his clients to ensure decisions can be made with as much information as possible. John gave us the best advice when working on our offers strategy, understood our needs and wants for the type of home we were looking for, was always very patient with the hundreds of questions we could think of, and always provided clear, thorough and straightforward answers which we truly appreciated. My husband and I are still not sure when the man eats or sleeps because he always finds the way to be fully available to his clients and always did his best on trying to accommodate our busy schedules and requests. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, you shouldn’t look any further, John is hands down THE BEST guy for the job!!

I’ve had John act as my buyer’s agent due to moving back to the United States from overseas and he’s been great, both in terms of acting as my proxy at certain showings and representing my interests when I decided to buy a new construction home. His contracting experience is a huge plus as he’d frequently spot things I’d never even thought of. He’s also very proactive and easy to get hold of - exactly what you need in a realtor.
