If you are looking for a knowledgable, thorough, reliable and responsive agent, Gavin is THE ONE!
We started to just browse for a two bedroom a while ago but with no precise timeline. So we were those 'maybe' buyers... Gavin was aware of that, but nonetheless provided us with the most thorough research, set us up with a ton of viewings and was always there for us.
Things then started to materialize and we actually had to move as we sold our apartment. So all of a sudden time was of the essence and the market didn't produce a lot of listings but we managed to find one that we liked very much.
There were a few hurdles getting the deal done and Gavin was a great mediator between the buy and sell side and managed to sort out everything and keep us sane. Buying (or selling) can be a very emotional and agitating process at times and things can go wrong. A good agent will help you not feel any of that and will have your back along the way.
