Jason showed up for the service call and discussed solutions to our issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly - most of all professional looking, which can be rare in the trades. While we could not afford the better option to repair our hot water pressure, he presented a more affordable route for me to take - the previous plumber quoted us at $1200 and did not bother to educate me on options. I have no doubt that his craftsmanship is of high quality. Thank you Faucet Doctor, we will keep you in mind for future projects or repairs.

An absolutely wonderful company -- Professional, reliable and trustworthy. We had a plumber out from Faucet Doctor a few months ago. He was extremely professional and honest. He explained the issue and pricing was extremely reasonable.
Yesterday, our AC went out. Different tech came out. SAME great service! Both repairs were done for an completely reasonable rate. Office was extremely responsive on a Saturday morning and kept me in the loop as they worked me into their schedule.
Our AC unit is extremely old and they didn't try to pressure sell me a replacement. They were kind enough to provide me a quote for replacement-- again, extremely reasonable! When it's time to replace, it is guaranteed that Faucet Doctor will have our business. Thank you!

Terrific service! Our main water line was leaking. Faucet Doctor immediately sent a technician to analyze and diagnose the situation. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. The next morning a crew was out to replace the aged and broken line as well as installing new valves. They were pleasant and left the area in great condition. I highly recommend Faucet Doctor.
