Donna was fantastic throughout the entire process. We looked for homes that were very specific and Donna met the tough demands. We wanted something move in ready with minimal stairs, good backyard and in one of the worst buyers markets in history.
Not only was Donna very patient and knowledgeable but she was also realistic about he market and our budget. She made great recommendations on initial offers and where to be competitive. She knew when it was time to get aggressive and knew what properties weren't a great fit for us.
Her assistant Janice was also phenomenal. She stepped right up when needed and knew the market and was very honest about the homes that we were viewing. Refreshing to have a team that wasn't just trying to push the sale but wanted us to find the right home for our family. 100/10 Would recommend if you are looking to purchase or sell.
