Avoid this scam of a company at all costs. Their preventative maintenance program is a headache and a ripoff. Every time they call and come out, they set up an appointment with you and then reschedule it multiple times. The salesperson informed me that they had a 24/7 emergency crew. Two weeks into the contract, I had an issue with my air conditioning unit, so I called them. The receptionist, Danny, told me they did not have that crew and that I would have to wait until tomorrow. That is when I demanded a refund before the 30 days were up. She said she would put in a request for the morning and that someone would call me anytime. Every time I brought it up after that, it was ignored until the 30 days were over. That was how this company was able to weasel its way into me being locked into the contract. They came out and forgot to screw the panel for the AC back in, so it fell off. My house would not get below (90⁰). For an entire week, my AC was sucking in hot summer air (110°). I went up to the roof and found the panel off with a block of ice covering the vents. When I called and complained about it, they sent Tim out to look at it, get all the ice off the vent, and clean it. Then all they said was "sorry" and left me with a $450 electric bill that month. The next time they came out, they told me there was a problem with my AC, but I was so fed up with them that I told them to leave because I knew it was caused by them, and they were just trying to charge me for their mistake. The most recent incident was a call asking for another appointment. They didn't even show up on the day they were supposed to. No call, nothing. The next day, they called me saying they had tried to call me, but Nicole thought they had dialed the wrong number. Then Nicole told me my appointment wasn't actually due for another two months, which just shows how unprofessional this scam of a company is. Nicole said they'd have their manager Kevin call me and speak to me, but I have yet to hear from them. When I asked for a refund on the remaining balance of my plan, which was still active until 2027, Mary denied my request, stating that she is unable to issue a refund if there is no balance left. This is clearly untrue. I sent an email to the owner, Albert Diamond, which was clearly ignored. This company is not to be trusted.

Diamond Air has been fabulous. Christian explained everything about our options when making our decision. Randy and Jagger installed everything quickly and efficiently. The new thermostat was much smaller than the old one. Mark came out and fixed the drywall beautifully. Randy and Jagger were great when the came to clean the ducts. FULL SERVICE ORGANIZATION WITH GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE. THANK YOU!

Luke is not only customer oriented but efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. Felt bad he had to service my a/c in 113
degree weather, but he got the job done with a smile on his face. Excellent employee. My dog appreciates the cool air.

Luke's service & attitude were exemplary. Though he was a little late for our appointment, he set straight to work and quickly had a report for us -- complete with photos of our unit. Unfortunately, turned out our unit was not only in need of repair, it was dangerous to use. While arranging financing, he did minor repairs to make the unit safe to use till the new AC can be installed. Also, noting a couple of minor repairs needed inside our home to make the new unit work at peak efficiency, Luke contacted his manager & got these included in the cost of the new unit. All in all, Luke's professionalism, kindness and courtesy made a harrowing experience not only tolerable but comfortable. Our unit is due to be installed next week and we can only hope that the rest of this process will be handled with the candor and attention to detail that Luke gave our first encounter.

High praise for Ryan Clune, our AC service technician. He was able to troubleshoot and fix our ongoing AC issue that 4 other companies could not!! He was professional and courteous. I appreciated the follow up call to ask if the problem had been resolved after 24 hours, after the fix had been completed. excellent customer service delivered! Thank you, Ryan!
