I just recently purchased my first home, and the whole process was exciting yet nerve-racking to say the least. However, I was beyond fortunate to have Luis as my realtor. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he was diligent and answered all my questions. He even tailored himself to my hectic, unconventional and always changing work schedule. Luis always went the extra mile, making sure I had every resource available: coordinating things between the mortgage people, lawyers, surveyors etc. Whatever needed to be done, was done. Benny went above and beyond to be sure everything went smoothly for my first house purchase. I had so many questions but he was always so patient to be sure I understood everything despite being constantly pressure by the buyer. I also had some issues with my mortgage commitment but Benny was able to work his magic and buy me more time to be sure I had a fair shot at purchasing the property. I am so thankful I had Benny to help guide me and even though this is the house I landed on, we saw ten others prior that really showed he had a grasp on what I wanted/was asking for. This was such a blessing with my crazy work schedule. He is incredibly personable and I will absolutely recommend him to everyone in search of a house moving forward!
