Arrived home after being out of town for a few weeks and found house temperature was 97 degrees and the air conditioning would not work. Called Brisk air because they are a family owned business about 11:45 and was told they would be there between one and three today and who would be there. About 20 minutes later Brandon called and told me he would be there in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time and proceeded to troubleshoot and repair the problem. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will use them in the future and we highly recommend them. This experience was head and shoulders above any other experience we have had with large HVAC companies.

If you're looking for the BEST - affordable, responsive, practical approach to fixing vs. replacing your HVAC system, look no further - Brisk is it. Recommended to me 3+ years ago by my trusted handyman, Brisk more than checks all the boxes. Their maintenance, their systems, their people, their prices - all the best! Jeff the owner is brilliant, Nicole coordinates things that no one else could and Brandon has been my constant for all 3 1/2 that I've used them. Other people will try to convince you to replace when you can fix and when it is time to replace, it's because you've eliminated the fixes. I've recommended to friends and will continue to use them - and only them. They are truly the best!

In a world where customer service is lacking, these folks stand out! I called and had a service appointment within an hour! Nicole was so pleasant and professional on the phone and Brandon was a great communicator and got us all fixed up. Above an beyond. Highly recommend!
